  We work with you to identify the requirements for your project. Once the brief has been established we will prepare design proposals and develop these in response to your feedback.
  If planning permission or listed building consents are required we will prepare and submit these applications on your behalf.
  Detailed design and building regulations

  Detailed design and building regulations

  Almost all building projects require building regulations approval. We will prepare drawings with the necessary details and information to obtain this approval on your behalf.
  Larger or more complex proposals may require additional drawings including large scale details of joinery or important junctions, door, window or ironmongery schedules, services layouts etc.
  Tenders and construction

  Tenders and construction

  We can prepare detailed schedules of works, obtain tenders from contractors and formalise a contract for the works. During construction we can administer the terms of your building contract and carry out regular site inspections and valuations.
  Planning appeals and consultancy

  Planning appeals and consultancy

  We have experience in the preparation of planning appeals and in the submission of specialist applications such as certificates of lawful use or existing development (CLUED's), and prior notifications of agricultural development.
  Sustainable design

  Sustainable design

  You may be concerned about the environmental impact of your home, or perhaps you just want to reduce your energy bills; whatever your reasons we can help.
  For new buildings or extensions, accommodation can be arranged to take advantage of passive solar gain. We can also advise on so called 'super-insulation' methods which exceed the requirements of the building regulations.
  For existing buildings we can advise on measures to improve insulation levels, reduce draughts and energy consumption. We are accredited as eco-refurbishers by the green register of construction professionals.
  We can also advise on the appropriate types of renewable or low carbon energy systems for your project such as solar power, heat pumps and the like.
